Materials required:
*Potato--2
*Onion -1 big size
*Pepper powder
* Oil
*Grate potato and onion in a grater and mix well
*Squeze it to remove even a single drop of water
*Add pepper powder+ salt
*Keep kadai in the stove and put some oil and spread it
throught out the kadai
* now sprinkle the potato mixture in the kadai in close manner
* allow it to get cooked and slowly turn the mixture as dosa
*Potatoes when it is cooked with stick to each other and it form like a dosa
