* Cook rice in hot water and allow it to cool by adding some drops of oil
*Materials required
Onion--1 big size
Garlic--5 pods nicley chopped
spring onion--1 bunch
Carrot-1 finely chopped
beans, cabbage, capsiucm--finely chopped
soya sauce--1/2 tbspn
chilli sauce--1/2 tbspn
ginger garlic paste
pepper powder
egg-2
*Keep kadai and pour oil
* Put onion,garlic and spring onion and saute it nicely
*Now add all vegetables and suate it till it is cooked without adding water(cook it in oil itself)
*Add soya sauce and chilli sauce(in high flam)
*in another kadai fry the egg as burji form
*add the burji to the veg mixture once it is cooked
*Now add rice and spring onion and mix it nicely.
