Gobi manchurian semi dry

*Boil gobi in water and salt for 5 minutes
*For frying
Corn flour --2 tbspn
Maida--2 tbspn
chilli powder--1/2 spn
Ginger garlic paste
* Dip the gobis in this batter and allow it to set for 5 minutes
*Deep fry these gobis and keep aside

*Materials for gravy
 Onion--1 big size
Garlic--5 cut into small pieces
Spring onion-1 bunch
soya sauce--1/2 tbspn
chilli sauce--1/2 tbspn
tomato sauce--2 tbspn
pepper powder

*Keep kadai add oil
* Saute onion and garlic nicely
*Add spring onion 
* Add soya sauce and chilli sauce by keeping in high flame(for burnt smell)
*Then add tomato sauce and saute it and pour 1/2 cup of water and allow it to get cooked
*Add salt and black pepper powder
* Then add the fried gobis and allow it to set for 5 min in medium flame
*Put spring onion green part(a bunch)
