Gujarathi tadkha

Materials required:
Curd--1 cup
Water--1 cup
Besan flour---1 spoon

Talika:
oil
jeera
mustard
curry leaves
red chilli
kasthuri methi

Procedure:
* Wipe the curd with out any lumps and add water to it
*Add besan powder to the curd mix
*Keep it in  a kadai and low it to boil in low flame
*After one rolling add the thalidhanam to it
*Allow it to boil for some time and its ready
